Anthony has spent the last 4 years working on developing capital builds, setting up community land trusts and focusing on affordable social housing schemes. Schemes that work in tandem with his wider work on economic development, skills, creative enterprise and social mobility. It’s always interesting to see how other countries seem to meet with less resistance and manage to put forward inspiring schemes that gain support from political, societal and community groups alike. What does the UK lack in its facilitation, support and vision ? What can it change and what should change ?
